We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Consultancy to lead our consultancy team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity consultancy services, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Strategy Development: Define and implement the consultancy department’s strategy in alignment with the company’s goals, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective cybersecurity solutions.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored cybersecurity advice and solutions.

Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consultancy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand the consultancy services portfolio.

Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a cybersecurity expert at industry events, conferences, and forums, contributing to the company’s thought leadership and market presence.

Risk Management: Ensure that all consultancy activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, mitigating risks to both clients and the company.

Financial Management: Manage the consultancy department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience in cybersecurity consultancy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications are desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive innovation.
