What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy directly aligned with ambitious growth objectives.
• Shift focus from solely creator success to a balanced approach emphasizing product adoption, upselling, and acquisition.
• Design and implement a scalable sales infrastructure from the ground up, establishing robust systems for goal-setting, tracking, and reporting. This includes leveraging advanced tools to ensure complete visibility into all creator interactions, track sales metrics, analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Provide clear guidance and performance goals to category leads, empowering them to excel as primary representatives of their respective categories.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts, including strategic lead generation and consistent messaging.
• Drive the adoption of key new features critical to future profitability and platform evolution.
• Reactivate established creators and actively acquire and support larger-scale creators who meet a defined threshold of engagement.
• Empower, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of leaders, including managers of managers, fostering their professional growth and success.
• Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team culture that encourages innovation and shared success.

What You’ll Bring

• 10 years of proven experience leading sales, enablement, customer success, and revenue operations teams within a two-sided marketplace, creator-focused platform, or comparable industry.
• Strong people management skills with a demonstrated track record of developing talented managers and fostering leadership.
• Expertise in building and scaling sales functions from inception to maturity.
• A results-driven leadership style, with extensive experience implementing sales operational excellence, system implementation, and robust goal-setting frameworks.
• A strong understanding of creator communities, digital platforms, and the unique challenges inherent in non-traditional sales teams.
• Exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, particularly during critical ramp-up periods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
