Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of their Head of HR.A dynamic, forward-thinking organisation is seeking a senior HR professional to shape and execute a regional people strategy that aligns with both operational needs and long-term business objectives.In this key leadership position, you’ll partner with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making, champion cultural initiatives, and drive impactful change across a complex, multi-site environment in the engineering sector.What You’ll Be Doing:Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on all matters related to people and organisational developmentLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing HR team focused on delivering value to the businessDrive talent planning, workforce capability building, and succession initiativesCreate a positive, engaging employee experience and foster a culture of inclusionOversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to support employer brand goalsResolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on risk management and policy complianceSupport business evolution through involvement in projects such as transformation, integration, or restructuringLeverage HR data to provide insights and guide strategic decisionsCollaborate with other People leaders on cross-functional and group-wide initiativesWhat You’ll Bring:Proven experience in a senior-level HR leadership role, ideally across multiple business areas or regionsCommercially astute, with the ability to align people plans with operational and financial prioritiesConfident managing organisational change and navigating complex ER casesStrong leadership and coaching capability to guide a growing HR teamBackground in a fast-paced, operationally diverse settingPlease quote 51557 when calling Martin at Alexander Lloyd or email them at [email protected].
