Our client operates in the high end luxury food and drink space and is highly regarded for the quality and excellence of their products, using the finest ingredients. The business in steeped in history, but is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a talented, multi channel marketing professional to support their ambition.As Head of Marketing, you will spearhead a marketing strategy to support double-digit revenue growth across an number of key channels including the growth of the international footprint. Success in role will result in enhancing sales conversion rates and optimising the direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel for profitability and brand visibility. You will Conduct ongoing market analysis to inform product development and marketing campaigns, whilst managing budgets/ marketing resources efficiently and tracking key performance metrics. You will have to support of a dynamic marketing team and be responsible for fostering their development and success.As Head of Marketing for this role you must have strong evidence of the following experience:Broad-based marketing skills: You should be adept at administering campaigns and guiding a team in implementation across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, PR, and events, with a strong digital understanding.Commercial acumen: You need to comprehend the wider commercial impact of decisions and marketing spend, driven by business objectives across all channels.Strong collaboration skills: Your ability to build and maintain relationships quickly, while effectively collaborating across departments and with external teams, is essential.Good problem-solving skills: You should be able to gather information, define options, and make informed recommendations based on multiple data points.Agile, energetic, and level-headed: Adaptability is key; you should pivot based on business needs while nurturing better processes.
