We’re responsible for identifying and validating bold ideas with the potential to transform product strategy, expand our addressable market, and open up entirely new revenue streams. We work fast, think big, and partner across the organization to bring ideas to life through rapid prototyping and real-world validation.Our team led the development of Q Assist, Quantexa’s GenAI-powered assistant, and is currently pioneering new initiatives like Simulation Lab-a decision experimentation tool that blends LLMs with human expertise. We’re also home to Q Labs, a newly launched virtual and physical space dedicated to exploring what’s possible.About Your RoleAs Head of Product Innovation, you’ll set the vision and execution strategy for innovation at Quantexa. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead a high-impact team focused on building the future of Decision Intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking, customer empathy, technical awareness, and execution under ambiguity.You’ll scout emerging technologies, teaming with R&D, GTM, academia, and willing co-innovation customers/partners. You’ll drive the creation of new products that could reshape Quantexa’s platform and positioning in the years ahead. You’ll need to bring clarity to chaos, rigor to experimentation, and inspiration to your peers.Requirements:What will I be doing?

• Define and lead the innovation strategy, processes, and pipelines within Quantexa

• Identify new technologies, market trends, and customer pain points to fuel disruptive product ideas

• Guide ideation, prototyping, and validation cycles-turning ideas into tangible and meaningful experiments

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional squads including engineers, product managers, and GTM stakeholders

• Lead and coach a growing innovation team

• Drive co-innovation programs with customers & ecosystem partners and establish academic/strategic partnerships

• Represent Quantexa at industry events as a thought leader in applied innovation and GenAI

• Drive market eminence to elevate external awareness of Quantexa as a leader in innovation

• Maintain a culture of curiosity, rigor, and entrepreneurial ownership within the team

What do I need to have?

• Demonstrated success, over multiple years, in leading disruptive “zero to one” product innovation initiatives, preferably within B2B SaaS or data platforms

• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and GenAI-comfortable separating hype from value

• Strategic thinker with the ability to frame and evaluate bold ideas through commercial, technical, and user lenses

• Comfortable working with lean resources; thrives in ambiguity and complexity

• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and coaching high-performing individuals

• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills, both technical and non-technical

• Successful execution in evolving innovative experimentation into commercial impact

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on technical background, comfortable building early prototypes or experimenting with new tools and frameworks

• Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services, public sector, or healthcare

• Background as a founder, intrapreneur, or “entrepreneur-in-residence”

• Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI tools, and decision intelligence frameworks

• Familiarity with the startup and venture ecosystem

• Excellent executive presence and demonstrated ability to build consensus over ambiguity
