DescriptionZachary Daniels Retail Recruitment Limited are proud to be partnering with multi brand high street fashion retailer in their search for a Head of Property for their UK estate. This is a hybrid role requiring time with the team at Head Office and due to the national nature of the position it will require at times travel.About The Role

• Support the UK market strategy using customer insights and property trends to achieve the brand strategic objectives and financial targets
• Focus on the right channel mix and level of integration to maximise profitability and sustainability throughout the UK
• Manage a network of real estate agents and other relevant property contacts
• Evaluate available locations and ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of a full business plan in cooperation of the Board
• Manage negotiations for new locations, lease renewals, improve existing terms and conditions and handle related legal document
• Report into the Board

About The Person

• Extensive experience in a similar role in delivering retail property development in the UK Market
• Hands-on experience managing a property portfolio, within the retail sector (preferably within a brand fashion retailer)
• Experience in influencing and engaging at Board level
• Strong understanding of the financial and commercial impact of all property related matters.
• Strategic and strong commercial mindset who can operate with landlords
• Ideally MRICS qualified
