This position is for a Head of Supply Chain who is responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment. The individual will need to ensure smooth operations, from procurement to delivery, in a busy and fast-paced setting.Key responsibilities:

• Manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
• Work closely with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
• Identify and manage risks within the supply chain.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favourable terms.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Regularly review and report on supply chain performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
