What you’ll bring to the team:Location: Thorpe ParkHours: Full timeContract Type: PermReporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator’s role is to ensure that high standards are met by coordinating and providing oversite of our existing health and safety systems. The role is responsible for administration of several reporting and management software and processes.Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing the administration function within the department.
• Acting as a communication channel for all Health and Safety matters.
• Running Health and Safety promotions at the park.
• Collecting, arranging and disseminating relevant information as required.
• Driving Near Miss Reporting for all teams, ensuring all completed are logged and associated actions are completed.
• Producing a weekly health and safety report highlighting any accidents or near misses submitted for senior management.
• Assisting in the investigation of accidents and incidents across the park.
• Overseeing the completion of department inspections and associated actions across the park.
• Assisting spot checks amongst the rides team and ensuring follow up of issues.
• Monitoring permit and contractor compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience working in a fast-moving environment with the willingness to learn and adapt whilst on the job. No direct health and safety qualifications required but some level of previous work experience desirable. Health and Safety Training will be provided to the successful candidate. Benefits:
