You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care. You will be part of a team of Health Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest of standards and you will be a positive influence on the rest of the team.About youYou will have or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and ideally 1 years experience in the care sector. What’s essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people as well as a kind and caring attitude. You will know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. Whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
