Role Objective

HIM SPOC will look through the patient’s medical chart and check if all the necessary medical documents of the patient related to his/her treatment are there and are complete in its entirety

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To work with medical terminologies, EMRs, and different patient/chart types.
• Should analyze the outstanding credit balance for their respective clients and work on the refunds.
• Need to prepare the refund packages for the clients.
• Flexible to work with rotational shift/night shift
