What you will do in this role:

• Assists in administering health information services consistent with accreditation and regulatory and facilities policies and procedures
• Implements policies and procedures for documenting, storing and retrieving information, processing medical documents, insurance data, and correspondence requests
• Maintains patient medical records and ensures accurate documentation per requirements
• Ensures HIPPA guidelines are followed
• Maintains collegial relationships with physicians and all departments

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalency diploma
• One year experience in a health care facility working with medical records

Salary range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
