What You’ll Be Doing

Main Function: 

• Performs documentation deficiency analysis for inpatient discharges according to established State and Federal Guidelines, JCAHO Accreditation Standards, Medical Staff Rules and Regulations and Department Policies.
• Ensures completion of required medical record documentation. Validates Discharge Census, and Performs Chart Assembly.

What We’re Looking For

7am – 3pm, full-time day shift

• Education: High School Graduate/GED (required)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
