Schedule/Location:

  • This position is open to Boise and Twin Fall applicants.
  • Start time anywhere between 7am-8:30am, depending on which location you work out of (Boise or Twin Falls).

What You Can Expect:

  • Manage electronic medical records by verifying, importing, prepping, scanning, and maintaining patient health information.
  • Validate medical record completeness, notify providers of incomplete records, and assign deficiencies for completion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and documentation standards through electronic medical record reviews.
  • Monitor work queues for indexing and process requests for health information release per facility, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Communicate with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare facilities to support timely record completion and continuity of care.
  • Create new encounters, orders, and transcribe appropriate health information into patient records as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year experience.
