What You Will Do:

  • Structure and organize integrity audits.
  • Assist in the development of audit tools and data models in collaboration with appropriate technical groups.
  • Develop any education tools necessary to ensure data quality is captured.
  • Conduct and monitor audits and distribute audit tools.
  • Work with clinics to ensure meaningful data capture.
  • Educates staff, as needed, on principles of meaningful use.
  • Troubleshoot issues and adjust audit process, as necessary.
  • Compile and analyze audit findings.
  • Note trends and patterns in EHR data.
  • Develop standardized reports, incorporation data from other sources, as appropriate.
  • Report EHR data issues to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments as requested to provide guidance and expertise related to data integrity issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Nursing or other related healthcare field
  • 2-4 years’ experience required (work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement).

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000.00-$85,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
