Help Desk Operator – Intermediate

Capitol Bridge’s Isabela, Puerto Rico site invites talented individuals to join us as Help Desk Operator Intermediate to support an important government project. In this role, you will be a key player in providingessential Customer Supportto our organization. As a mid-level team member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in troubleshooting issues, assisting users with inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our help desk operations. Salary: $16.54 p/h

Hours of Operation: 8am – 6pm EST Monday – Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support services to the client’s registrant community.

• Respond to customer issues utilizing problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps to resolve the issue.

• Provide first-tier support to end users for call support and resolve fewer complex problems immediately.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency

• Six (6) years of experience with two (2) years as a customer support services operator/analyst.

• A multilingual speaker is a plus.
