Helpdesk Administrator

Description and requirements

Skanska have a Hard Services FM contract with the MoD on a key government building in Westminster and seek an Administrator with Facilities Management service knowledge to join the team to provide helpdesk and administrative support – on site (we cannot offer WFH on this contract ). 

You’ll:

• Administrate and allocate of all planned and reactive works through the CAFM system
• Provide early warning management of the site SLA and KPI planned and reactive tasks
• Provide administrative support to the Operational, Technical and Capital Works Team as required
• Resource planning and allocation of resource to support in the delivery of direct/third party works in and out of hours
• Administration of all sub-contractor logistic arrangements, including processing of service records , cross referencing the CAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recorded
• Logistical access arrangements for all areas including secure areas for engineers and contractors as required; this includes car parking arrangements, and ensuring correct processes are followed
• Assist with the team’s general administration

We are looking for:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in the proficient use of MS Office
• Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications at all levels
• Ability to demonstrate experience in customer facing role
• Knowledge and experience of CAFM system, reports, and ability to interrogate historic reactive and PPM data
