High Tech Operator – 12hr Nights

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a High Tech Operator based in Minster, Ohio!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality
• Manual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipment
• Technical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdowns
• Operating production fluid control systems
• Verifying target weights and meet target through the Application of statistical process control
• Performing quality checks and accuracy of materials/products
• Consistently communicating with all departments involved in production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality)
• Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and supplies
• Cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

The High Tech Operator base rate is now 28.34/hr, increasing to $29.83 after one year! Night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. The ideal candidate will have:

• High School degree or GED (Required)
• Advanced education a plus (Technical, Associates, Bachelors)
• Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled. Our employees work a 3-2-2 schedule
• Computer Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• High mechanical aptitude
