NEOS Engineering are working with a national plant hire company with depots all over the UK. They are looking for Hire Controller to join their team in Greater Manchester.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that continues to grow and invest in cutting-edge technology and machinery.Role Overview:As a Hire Controller, you will be the central point of contact for customers, handling hire enquiries, processing bookings, and managing equipment logistics. You will play a key role in coordinating the availability and delivery of plant machinery while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role within the plant hire, tool hire, or construction industry (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing and administration.
