About the RoleAn Outstanding school in Harrow is seeking a History Teacher to join their exceptional Humanities department. This full-time, permanent role is available immediately, offering the opportunity to teach History up to KS5, engaging students with diverse historical perspectives and critical analysis.About the SchoolThis school has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and a strong commitment to student development. • Teach History across KS3, KS4, and KS5, incorporating engaging case studies and primary sources
• Support students in GCSE and A-Level coursework, developing strong research and analytical skills

• Work collaboratively to refine and enhance the History curriculum
• Lead extracurricular activities such as historical reenactments, museum visits, and student history societies

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in History or a related field
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching History up to KS5
