Position: CCR HMIS Administrator

Position Summary:

This role provides administrative support to the Center for Community Resilience (CCR) staff regarding data management within the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Reporting directly to the CCR Program Supervisor, the CCR HMIS Administrator will be responsible for various office tasks, including data entry, data review, and data corrections, while reporting findings to leadership. This is a 90 day temporary project! The wage range is $17.50-$22.09!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain data across multiple databases in a timely manner.
• Process and review program applications in accordance with established procedures.
• File, maintain, and securely dispose of documents as required.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by CCR Program Leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong belief in the organization’s mission to provide food, warmth, and shelter.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
