1 full time (37.5 hours per week) post to work within the Humber Diabetic Eye Screening Programme office at Hull Royal Infirmary.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated person to join the Humber Diabetic Eye Screening Programme as a Hospital Eye Service (HES) Failsafe Officer. The successful applicant will be instrumental in maintaining a Hospital Eye Service failsafe procedure and will have responsibility for all process monitoring, data validation, and clinical audit.Main duties of the jobThe HES failsafe officer will be responsible for reporting functions for patients within the Screening Service for patients that are referred to the HES or patients who are retained in HES for treatment / monitoring.
