Our hotel showcases 189 guest rooms, including 12 exclusive suites. Guests will immerse themselves in the warm ambiance of our lobby bar, GLOW , indulge in culinary delights at the all-dining restaurant, OXBO , and enjoy breath-taking views at the chic Sky Bar, LOFT . The success of our hotel relies on hosting Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, making it imperative to assemble a high-performing team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of our business.

As our Hotel Administrator, you’ll make the magic happen behind the scenes. Your mission includes:

  • Keeping the Executive office ticking over like a well-oiled machine, all while rocking Hilton’s standards, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting our Executive team with admin brilliance and efficiency
  • Handling key communications whether it’s owners, guests, or Corporate
  • Taking actions in meetings and whipping up management reports
  • Keeping us stocked up with office supplies
  • Building great relationships inside and outside the hotel – you’re basically the ultimate people person
  • Jumping into special projects and sprinkling your magic admin dust wherever needed
  • Supporting power point presentations

Who are we looking for?

  • Brilliant communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Admin and IT skills
