Hotel Ambassador, Morris Inn (Full Time)

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety division is currently hiring for the position of Hotel Ambassador at The Morris Inn. The University Operations, Events, and Safety division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

Why this position?

The Hotel Ambassador assists campus and hotel guests with directions, information on events in the hotel and around campus, and parking options. This person is engaging with all guests and provides a distinctly Notre Dame experience, following the University Operations, Events, and Safety Global Service Standards. This position assists with luggage to and from guest’s vehicle/room and luggage storage. A valid drivers license is necessary, and ability to pass MVR background check. This person will work with the Front Desk to ensure accurate billing.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a professional behavior, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
