The Information Technology Manager oversees hotel technical support provided to hotel guests, associates and management. This role provides leadership regarding the installation, maintenance and reliability of hotel IT hardware and software. The Information Technology Manager defines processes, procedures and protocols to ensure the security, structure and integrity of hotel networks and systems. This role is also responsible for ensuring the optimal installation and performance of hotel’s network infrastructure. This role serves IT customers including hotel management, Hyatt associates and guests. This role also develops and maintains relationships with Corporate IT resources and IT vendors to improve information flow, share resources and maximize the effectiveness of hotel IT staff.
The Information Technology Manager reports to the Area Director of Finance.
Computer Skills
· Access Control : Develop and use access controls to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, misuse, manipulation, or destruction of systems, networks, applications and data
· Compliance Management : Plan, assess, monitor, deploy and report the state of compliance and any required mitigation and remediation activities (e.g., PCI, SOX, Data Privacy, etc.)
· Help Desk Support : Provide timely technical support to users, restore service and/or identify and resolve problems
· Monitoring : Provide regular monitoring of platform and system activities, isolating problems and determining their cause

Computer Skills
In depth knowledge of IP-based and wireless networking
Advanced PC and Server troubleshooting techniques
Knowledge in Microsoft O/S and Apple OS/iOS
