SHIPPING FORKLIFT DRIVER C SHIFT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Responsible for safe operation of forklift

2. Responsible for pulling product from the racks and staging pallets for loads

3. If necessary, will need to place product/pallet in inverter and change out pallet type

4. Perform basic data entry and record keeping tasks

6. Record Box total, product code, and pallet ID on row card while loading

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Ability to pass a Prove It test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Valid forklift and pallet jack license or ability to obtain a license
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Ability to learn new procedures, i.e. bar code scanner, equipment, stacking grids
• Familiarity with computer system
• Ability to work variable hours and excellent attendance required
