Housekeeping – Miami, FL

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking a Housekeeper for its Facilities and Maintenance Department. In this position, the Housekeeper will maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in our production and repair shops.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, and cleaning shop floors, workstations, and equipment areas, as well as collecting and disposing of waste materials. You will also operate an industrial cleaning vehicle to maintain large areas of the facility and assist with moving, organizing, or disposing of heavy materials when needed.

The position requires adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of cleaning chemicals, and coordination with other departments to ensure the shop remains compliant with company and environmental standards. This role is essential to support efficient operations and maintaining a safe, productive workspace for technicians and staff.

Skills and education experience

• Prior experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred
• Ability to operate an industrial cleaning vehicle or floor scrubber
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working in production and shop environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
