I am currently supporting a successful and growing, values-driven business based in Preston, in their search for a HR Advisor.Working as part of a broader HR team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains top talent. You will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance, fostering a positive work environment.Below is an overview of some of the things you will take a lead on:

• Employee Relations: Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• HR Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed
• Learning and Development: Identifying learning needs and advising on appropriate learning solutions
• HR Administration: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing the HR system
• Reward and Benefits: Liaising with internal employees and external providers on employee benefits and payroll queries
• HR Projects: Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement

The successful candidate will have a real bredth of HR experience and a track record of building up effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
