The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.What you’ll doDeliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiencyResponsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecyclePartner with business managers and other key stakeholders to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessedPartner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations (when applicable) to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutionsEnsure escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency, and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistentlyWork with relevant stakeholders in HRP&D including, , manager, employee, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, as well as build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountabilityResolve moderately complex HR issues conferring with managers when necessaryAssist progressively large or more complex employee populations and participate in cross-Citi projectsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as a subject matter expert to C13 and below managers and employees /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.What we’ll need from youKnowledge of applicable UK and Ireland Employment lawsWorking knowledge of industry standards and practicesProficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoftDemonstrated analytical skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceWhat we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
