We’re looking for a HR Manager to join us in London for a 12 – month FTCWe are seeking a HR Manager who thrives in a constantly evolving environment to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a champion for building a positive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment. You will partner with stakeholders from high impact, strategic functions to develop people strategies and coach them on effective people management practices. You will also play a key role in driving people initiatives and navigating organisational change.The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a diverse background, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. You will be a pro-active thought leader who thrives on change and can translate ideas into actionable proposals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESBusiness Partnering:Partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.Advise and coach line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development.Foster strong relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor and advocate for employee needs.Change Champion:Play a pivotal role in supporting change management initiatives.Develop clear communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.Be a resourceful problem solver and navigate ambiguity to ensure smooth implementation.Culture & Engagement:Champion the company culture, ensuring it aligns with core values, fosters a sense of belonging for all employees and drives high performance and innovation.Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and well-being.People Initiatives:Support driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives.Work collaboratively with People COE teams to design and implement strategic people initiatives, drawing on the latest trends and insights.Analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:Experience in a diverse background (e.g., multiple roles/industries, consulting).Proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines e.g. performance management, talent management, compensation and change.Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Proven ability to develop and implement people initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills.High EQ and learning agility.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.Strong influencing and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Resourceful and adept at finding creative solutions and building internal networks.Thrives in ambiguity and embraces change.DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES:Matrix environment experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business or other related field.Travel: Occasional travel required to other office locations ( UK,NL)What’s in it for you?Competitive salary + Bonus **where applicable**Matched pension contribution up to 10%25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more and paid volunteeringAccess to physical and mental health benefits such as the Calm app, personal medical, critical illness cover and dental insuranceAccess to our car benefit schemeProfessional development including upskilling, mentoring, and access to online learningGreat office and hybrid work environmentThe chance to join an innovative, fast-paced and passionate teamWho we are:Join Liberty Global and Shape Tomorrow’s Connections Today!Liberty Global is a dynamic team of veteran operators and investors committed to generating and delivering value through the strategic management of our three platforms: Liberty Telcom, Liberty Growth and Liberty Services.We prioritize diversity, equity, and sustainability, using technology for good.
