You can find, and we invite you to discover more about MAIRE and its projects on our web site:Job DescriptionThis role, will be responsible for managing social security and tax compliance for ourinternational employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compensation reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with income tax consulting companies in foreign countriesDuties and responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for international employees, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations

• Coordinate with income tax consulting companies in foreign countries to ensure accurate tax filings and compliance

• Maintain relationships with HMRC in the UK to ensure compliance with UK tax regulations

• Prepare and submit accurate compensation reports for international employees

• Monitor and report on labour costs to ensure effective cost management

Knowledge & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and tax managementStrong understanding of international tax laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer
