Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in help desk, IT support, or HR service environments
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot HR systems, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and policy inquiries
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic technology support
  • Skilled in managing cases efficiently and providing timely, accurate resolutions
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and update knowledge base resources

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HRIS or HR management tools
  • Experience with IT support or technical troubleshooting
  • Active problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
  • Prior experience working with case management or knowledge base platforms

Preferred education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR support, customer service, or technical support roles

  • Availability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and poise
  • Willingness to learn and adapt continuously in a fast-evolving environment
