Life at Next is full of variety and challenges but our continued success is dependent on the expertise, passion and adaptability of the teams across our distribution network.
Let’s take it on!
Reporting to the Deputy HR Services Manager, you will assist the wider HR & Payroll teams and the business with all administrative HR tasks in the HR systems in order to keep accurate employee records and up to date information.

You will also be dealing with numerous other administrative tasks including reference requests, and administration of disciplinary, probationary and other associated employee paperwork.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude; you’ll be a strong team-player and ideally have HR or Recruitment Admin experience. You will be PC literate with strong working knowledge of Google packages and Oracle HCM.
You know Next, but did you know we’re a FTSE-100 retail company employing over 35,000 people across the UK and Ireland. We’re the UK’s 2nd largest fashion retailer and for Kidswear we’re the market leader. At the last count we have over 500 stores, plus the Next Online and it’s now possible to buy on-line from over 70 countries around the world! So we’ve gone global!
