The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), an agency within the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to support and maintain the agency’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data while supporting HR business processes and technology initiatives that improve efficiency and service delivery. The HRIS Administrator plays a critical role in Infor Global HR (GHR) administration, system optimization, data analytics, and compliance reporting across multiple HR functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Four (4) years of experience in HRIS administration, HR analytics, or HR technology systems management.
Demonstrated experience with Infor Global HR or a comparable enterprise HR system (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP).
Strong understanding of HR data management, security, and reporting.
Experience in a public-sector or unionized environment.
Proficiency with Infor HR Talent Suite, Birst Analytics, or related reporting tools.
Certification such as HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional), PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP.
Experience in HR system implementation or process improvement projects.
Location: Baltimore City
Employees in this classification are assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
