The Benefits Lead is responsible for the strategic administration and compliance of all employee benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, medical leave programs, and the 401(k) plan. This role ensures accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience through effective communication and process improvement.
