In your role as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at The North West Company (TNWC), you will play an important role in shaping the workforce of the future, supporting the company’s commitment to employee engagement, diversity, and cultural excellence.You will create and sustain a positive employee relations environment, supporting a satisfied, productive, and motivated workforce across TNWC’s expansive and diverse footprint – serving Northern Canada, Alaska, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific.
