The individual is responsible for building people and organizational capability in line with the business objectives. Partnering with assigned management clients to (1) improve the business / HR strategic partnership, (2) organizational bench strength (3) employee engagement and (4) HR capability and productivity. Providing strategic and tactical services necessary for the recruitment, selection, assignment, performance management, and training and development of qualified employees.Key Accountabilities:
