Human Resource Recruiter in Florence, Kentucky

Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated HR Recruiter for ongoing opportunities. This position will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent for our organization. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all stages of the talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing communication and negotiation with prospective employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans effectively.

• Work closely with hiring managers to determine the desired skills and experience for each open position.

• Source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.

• Screen resumes and job applications and initiate preliminary interviews.

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.

• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.

• Build strong relationships with past and potential candidates.

• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires.

• Stay current with the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

  Requirements

• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or similar HR role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional ability to manage relationships at all levels in a company.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
