We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (or HR Business Partner) to join our growing Human Resources team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on recruiting expertise, along with a passion for finding and retaining top talent. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and contributing to broader people strategies that align with our business goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline
- Lead job intake meetings, craft compelling job descriptions, and drive effective sourcing campaigns
- Use data and insights to improve recruiting processes and enhance talent acquisition outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives
- Coach and support hiring managers through interviewing and selection best practices
- Assist in onboarding strategy to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Support broader HR projects, including employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
- Stay current on industry trends and labor market shifts to inform recruitment strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a generalist HR role
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and HR software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus
