Robert Half is partnering with a well renowned organization that is looking to add an Human Resources Administrator to their team. This is a full-time/permanent role.Advantages:-Competitive salary (75-85K)-Full benefits + pension-3 weeks vacation and sick days & other perks-Hybrid (2 days on site)-Excellent culture & teamResponsibilities:

• Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with regulations.

• Oversee payroll summaries and benefits updates, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating reference checks.

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and employment documentation.

• Interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation to provide guidance on workplace matters.

• Assist in resolving employee relations concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

• Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and development planning.

• Monitor employee leaves and accommodations while liaising with benefits providers for support.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless HR operations.

• Participate in organizational initiatives, including events and meetings, to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Proficiency in HR management systems and administrative tools such as BambooHR and Concur.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboarding strategies.

• Familiarity with benefits administration, disability management, and leave tracking.

• Understanding of employment legislation and its application to workplace policies.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively support employee relations.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
