The HR Business Analyst is vital to the organization’s success. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies related to Human Resources. In this role, you would have the opportunity to develop, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs and provide guidance related to internal policies and process development applicable to HR. Also, the HR Business Analyst will assist with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and internal processes and will provide support to teams on compliance concerns and organizational policy alignment.
