Key Responsibilities:

Note: The following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, develop and implement talent attraction strategies, and collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee concerns and grievances professionally, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver programs to enhance skills and performance, and oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary reviews and market analysis, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, stay current with labor laws and regulations, and manage disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, oversee payroll processing and timekeeping, and utilize HR software for efficient administration.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture and well-being, and monitor and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees, implement succession planning strategies, and develop and execute employee retention and career growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing an HR team.
  • Ethical conduct and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving HR trends.
