(BMH3xR1)Our client is looking for a Human Resources professional to join their team. Duties include overseeing the onboarding process of new employees, training company employees about corporate policies and procedures, and providing support to the corporate workforce.
In addition, you will be expected to be well-versed in the laws and regulations related to the hiring and firing of employees. This will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.Responsibilities:

• New Employee on-boarding and training, and track completion
• Answer question from employees and recording complaints
• Able to investigate complaints, do reporting, and present findings
• Implement company programs
• Entering data into HR database (Purely HR)
• Track employee attendance, and use of their vacation and sick days
• Update company policies and procedures for compliance with current regulations
• Help with providing payroll information when required

Qualifications:CHRPBachelor’s degree in human resources management4+ years’ human resources experience2+ years of experience onboarding new employeesWell organized and can prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlinesAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience working Purely HR would be an assetProficiency in MS OfficeCapable of preserving confidential or sensitive informationExcellent judgment and problem-solving skillsKnowledge about conflict managementExcellent interpersonal communication and customer service skillsStrong communication skills in verbal and written
