We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a Growing Home Health & Hospice Agency!!

As the HR Generalist, you will assume full responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff. This includes:

• Updating job postings and orientation materials to keep up with a constantly changing hiring environment.
• Communicating with applicants and management to ensure that everyone is kept up to date on the state of the applicant’s hiring process.
• Creating and maintaining employee files and ensuring that they comply with company, state, and federal policies.
• Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and
• Collaborating with the patient/family, attending physician, and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily.

Strong Applicants must have:

• Three years human resources, orientation, and/or hiring experience
• Upbeat personality
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision

position Details:

• Location: Germantown Office.
• Schedule: Full-Time, 1st shift Monday-Friday.
• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
