BBSI has partnered with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization in the Inland Empire to identify an experienced HR Generalist. This role serves as the on-site HR leader, supporting a large hourly workforce while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR leadership and guidance to plant leadership and employees
• Support payroll and HRIS processes for a 200+ employee workforce
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations efforts
• Partner with EHS on safety initiatives and Workers’ Compensation matters
• Support performance management and employee development programs

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership and people management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws
• Payroll experience for hourly workforces
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
