A growing organization is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives, foster employee engagement, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies to support a scaling workforce.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Build a strong workplace culture through engagement and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and best practices.

RequirementsRequirements:

• 6+ years of HR experience in talent strategy, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workforce Now by ADP preferred).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in-office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• CHRP certification.
• Experience in fast-growing or startup environments.
• Proven ability to manage HR in a scaling business.
