St.Amant is guided by its core values of Collaboration, Hospitality, Excellence and Respect.Position Summary and Scope of Service:The Workplace Incident Investigator, has a crucial role in maintaining a fair and respectful work environment by thoroughly and impartially investigating complaints or concerns related to workplace behaviour, ethics, or policies. The primary objective of this position is to collect all evidence and documentation that may be relevant to the allegations, for the Workplace Incident Investigator to make recommendations, and whether the matter warrants formal discipline in accordance with the employer’s formal disciplinary procedures.St.Amant’s core values reflect a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
