Peterbilt Atlantic and Extreme Torque Motorsports are seeking a Human Resources Manager at our head office in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Join us as we represent the prestigious Peterbilt and BRP brands (Ski-Doo, Can-Am, Sea-Doo) in Eastern Canada. Peterbilt Atlantic boasts eight truck sales and service locations across Atlantic Canada and eastern Québec, while Torque Motorsports operates three powersports branches in New Brunswick. - Create HR policies and procedures throughout the organization
- Administer health and life insurance programs through Blue Cross
- Implement training and development plans
- Execute employee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
- Develop HR policies throughout the organization
- Regional travel to visit company branch locations
Skill requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional
- Degree or Diploma in HR considered a strong asset
- Must have experience with leading change in an organization
- Must be a self starter and be able to work independently
- Must be creative and have excellent communication skills
