Peterbilt Atlantic and Extreme Torque Motorsports are seeking a Human Resources Manager at our head office in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Peterbilt Atlantic boasts eight truck sales and service locations across Atlantic Canada and eastern Québec, while Torque Motorsports operates three powersports branches in New Brunswick. • Create HR policies and procedures throughout the organization
• Administer health and life insurance programs through Blue Cross
• Implement training and development plans
• Execute employee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
• Develop HR policies throughout the organization
• Regional travel to visit company branch locations

Skill requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional
• Degree or Diploma in HR considered a strong asset
• Must have experience with leading change in an organization
• Must be a self starter and be able to work independently
• Must be creative and have excellent communication skills
