The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing internal and external recruiting efforts, employee relations, performance management, and other HR duties for Probo Medical. The HR Manager will develop staffing strategies and coordinate successful execution of those strategies to source and fill company staffing needs. Serves as the leader in creating and maintaining best-in-class recruitment to attract potential job candidates. The HR Manager will partner?with leadership in the areas of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance, training & development, communications, and overall people effectiveness. This role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources.
