Position Title: Human Resources Specialist
Location: University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB)
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Human Resources Specialist will administer various HR policies and programs daily. This role covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research. The successful candidate will also monitor and maintain department-specific databases and systems, with potential responsibilities for Oracle data input and ensuring data integrity as well as workflow approvals.
